Evening course (12 weeks)

I loved the location, the school and the teachers and professionals who work there, the only think I didn't liked was the entrance to the building was difficult to know where it was and it took me a while to find it

Everything was so good, the teachers and classes all nice. I learned a lot. The residence was really good too.

The teachers were very engaged and learned us a lot. The course was a bit more expensive than other courses in Milan, but its location is excellent. Would definitely recommend the course!

For me, studying Italian was a good experience, ELLCI - Milano was and still a good institution, they have good Italian native speaker teachers who are excellent at teaching, speaking English, keeping the focus of the students, etc. The university is in a good spot, you have train stations near you, and the facilities were decent.

I really liked the overall experience. I was a total beginner and I got put in a course that had already two weeks lessons so I couldn’t understand that much. But after I talked with the director I got some private lessons that really helped me and after that I could understand almost everything in the group course. The teachers were very nice and I could learn a lot from them. The students in class were also really nice, I liked everyone a lot. The school was located about 15 minutes by foot from my apartment, so I could reach it very well.

The overall experience was very nice and I would definitely recommend this school to others.

The school was good, situated in a good area, close to a subway station.
Teachers were great too, you could feel they enjoyed what they were doing.

We had two teachers one of them was great the other really mean. we had a fight ... I was over it for the price of school

I opted for the 30 hour intensive course. Due to time commitments i could only stay for a week, but it certainly made a difference to my confidence in speaking Italian. Unlike many of the students, I am not resident in Italy and speaking was my key area for development. The teachers were well prepared and the classes a good mix of grammar and vocab delivered through various media e.g. listening, talking, group activities and exercises.

My 1:1 classes in the afternoon were more driven by what i wanted to cover, reinforcing the morning or focusing on an area of interest which made for a really good mix.

I didn't participate in social activities so no comment appropriate

I plan to return!

The location was nice close to the metro and easy to find. The teacher was very nice and helpful. The housing was perfect, close too.

The classes might be in need of some serious attention, some paint here and there will light up the atmosphere. During classes they were doing constructions activities which causes some black outs. Due to my length the chairs and tables were a bit too small for me. Facilities (bathrooms) were ok; excellent coffee and snack vending machines. Location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, subway, etc. Activities were not applicable due to COVID19 which was by the way also very well organized. Strong discipline on wearing masks during classes and disinfected hand gel were available throughout the building. My 4 teachers were excellent! A lot of patience; to the point; interested in the person; adaptable in a way that the content of articles were in line with my interests. Felt privileged to be tutored by a well-organized team, as I noticed this by what had been discussed in the morning was repeated in the afternoon.

Everything was wonderful! Location, teachers, training at the highest level.

THE SCHOOL HAS A GOOD AND EASY ACCESS LOCATION THROUGH THE MILAN METRO NETWORK. TEACHERS ARE CAREFUL AND WELL PREPARED. THE SCHOOL PROMOTES TOURS AND MEETINGS WITH STUDENTS THAT ARE VERY WORTH THE PENALTY.

Is a very good school, where I managed to learn Italian grammar in a little while. the teachers are very attentive, understanding and patient, who answer every question you address, at the same time are very creative, create different interactive games among students, which makes the classes not boring, on the contrary they are very interactive , and learn this language with pleasure.

I met new people from many parts of the world, and I managed to interact with each other because of the interactive games that took place in the classroom. I'm glad I participated in this course, and if I had to choose a language course again, she wants to be at ELLCI Milan.

Actually, I don't have many negative commentaries about the course. Everything was really great, the teachers are really good on what they do. My experience was truly amazing. Can't wait to be back again someday!

I liked the courses very much: The teachers, the other students, the way of teaching, the good humour of the teachers, of everyone. I also liked the location, a typical Italian city building - from my understanding. I could take part in one excursion - to the Cimitero Monumentale - and was excited about the cemetary itself and the explanations of the accompanying teacher. I learned a lot in the courses!

What I did not like: it was a bit cold in the classroom :).

I booked my hotel by myself, just 2 minutes from school. It was very simple, but clean, nice people there, good (Italian) breakfast, with a good and cheap restaurant next door.

Unfortunately, the housing was very bad, the school is beautiful. But the classroom was hot there is no air-conditioned. Teachers who are good and natural ones, but I love the teacher, she helped me a lot, she cares about me and I understand a lot with her, I hope to thank her and social activities bad luck I did not go to.

The school is good, the teachers as well, but the administration a bit disorganised, in class the teachers don't control the students and almost the time they speak English. Some teachers are late to the class and once happened that one teacher couldn't come and anyone come to tell us about. About the facilities are good but sometimes the bathroom were dirty and it's not separated (M/F) It's together, so it's not very comfortable.

I was very happy with my experience in general. The classes were good and were tailored to my needs. Even though there were different teachers, it was obvious they communicated and didn´t repeat content. The school is central, easy to reach and the classrooms are comfortable. I am pleased with the course and would recommend it to others.

Very nice teachers! Giovanna is the most super and Irma. The location is near the metro and street with shops. They have Wi-Fi, nice excursion, very good methods for learning Italian!

I think the classes were interesting and the teachers were very enthusiastic. The location was okay, the school doesn't have very modern infrastructure, but that didn't bother me. The housing was okay, but most of the time there was no hot water.

Teachers arrived at least 15 minutes late and students with up to an hour late. Furthermore the break at 11:00 lasts more than half an hour.
I stayed 5 days and had 5 different teachers. There was no follow-up.
We have "worked" three times on photocopied materials that I had studied in the second year .The text of the homework assigned on Friday was the same as Monday. When I went to the manager, he did not even looked up from his computer screen. I don't think that the progress of students interest him, not in the least . It was heartbreaking.
Fortunately, the students were very friendly.

The location was good; central and close to the metro. The rooms were modern and only has four hours class each day, which was perfect so that there is enough time to review and analyze the information after school. The number of students per class (about 10) is also very good. A negative point is that we had three teachers who didn't always know what has been taught by the other one the day before. One of them was completely new and never taught before (as I had the impression) and another one told us that she didn't like this work - definitely NOT good. One of the "offered" cultural activities was announced but then skipped without telling us. It just didn't take place and the teacher (who didn't like her work) just never mentioned it. The home for students was okay- not really centrally located but the public transport system is not bad. It is definitely not okay that there is no other possibility of host beside guest family and low budget and low quality accommodation.

The teacher was really nice and pedagogically strong. She always took the time to explain things.
But in my point of view we were not moving very quickly, so I do not feel I have progressed very quickly.

The location is perfect, easy too access and central.

I was really very satisfied with the school. Everything was perfect. First of all, I was placed exactly in the class which corresponded to my knowledge. I went to school and started to study exactly the things which I had never done. I have had some experience with different language schools in different countries but I was never placed so perfectly. Secondly, the teachers were perfect, hardworking and very good specialists. The classes were interesting and good organized. I studied a lot and made a real progress. It was never a waste of time. During the classes, we did everything. It had a lot of speaking but also enough grammar. The school gave a very good grammar book which I am going to continue studying at home.

The location of the school is good but it isn't really important, because the metro in Milan is perfect and you can reach any place in some minutes. There were activities every week at school, but I found out about it only during my last week. It was okay but what was really good was the big party, organized on the last day of classes by school. I enjoyed it very much.

The other thing I enjoyed very much was the student residence. I would like to advise the other students to stay there. The majority of students there are Italians, most of them study at Polytechnic University. Every evening, the students came together and communicate. I studied a lot of Italian from them, different dialects and also some colloquial expressions. My first day at the residence was special. I didn’t know where to buy food or where to eat, and my neighbor invited me to dinner. Later that night, my neighbor introduced me to other students. I made a lot of friends. We chatted every evening, we went out together at the weekends, they invited me to walk, to the movies, they invited me to the party, and we always spoke Italian.

Finally, the last thing I enjoyed very much in Milan were sightseeing and going to its museums.

The teachers were very friendly and nice to me. I improved my Italian language skills so much. It was such a nice experience.

Maybe I would like to book another week next year, if I find time for it.

Great teacher, good location and nice classes. I have no complaints about ELLCI.

It was such a great experience - a very good school with trained and friendly teachers. The school was well-located; it was really near the subway station and just steps away from an important street with a lot of facilities. I really enjoyed the time I spent here, and I improved a lot on my language. I especially liked the activities made by school; I found them very practical and useful. The school prepared guided tours every week to different places around the city which were very interesting.

I would recommend this school to anyone who would like to learn Italian, and also about the Italian culture and a wonderful city such a Milan.

I was there for 5 days only. The teachers were good and enthusiastic. The student population is young - not the right place for seniors.

Anna Parisi is the best teacher. She teaches the material in a comprehensible form. Stefanno is also a class teacher! They are attentive to each student. The lessons were fun and interesting! The location of the school from my house is very convenient . I liked everything ! Already recommend to my friends.
