In cooperation with “Homestay Korea” we offer students a searchable database of homestay families in areas all across Seoul.

Mini studio is located just 15 minute walk to the Lexis campus. A short stroll to a near-endless selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
This accommodation provides clean, comfortable and efficient housing at a very reasonable price.

A full CCTV security system is in place, along with autolocking doors and on-site security, making Mini studio and ideal option for women travelling alone.

The Lexis Student Residence is high quality student accommodation provided for the exclusive use of Lexis Korea students.

- Prices based on accommodation from Saturday to Saturday(Price per person)
- Single sized bed, storage space, kitchenette and washing machine in the studio-like apartment.
- There are restaurants and convenience stores on-site on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building.
- For single occupancy.

Lexis Seoul Student Residence is located right next to Lexis Gangnam campus, so it takes only a minute to get to school! The main entertainment and shopping district of Gangnam is just a short stroll away.

Rooms are for single use, and include:
- Single sized bed
- En-suite bathroom/toilet
- TV
- Fridge
- Storage space
- Desk & chair
- Full airconditioning and ‘Ondol’ in-floor heating
- Washing machine
- Kitchenette

Sauce and gym facilities are available at the basement at an additional cost of KRW8,000 and KRW12,000 respectively per day. Dry cleaning service is also available on-site.

A more expensive option, and most popular for short-term students and couples travelling together, serviced apartments provide a higher standard of accommodation. Bedroom and living room are separable by sliding door, with a fully furnished built-in kitchen and private laundry facilities. There is also a fitness centre provided for guests at no extra charge.

Gangnam Artnouveau City is located a short 3 minutes walk from Lexis Gangnam campus. The main entertainment and shopping district of Gangnam is just a short stroll away.
