Allesandra was excellent, and the school was centrally located on the Via Toledo which made it an easy base from which to sightsee in the afternoons after class let out. Having the class taught 100% in Italian made it immersive and challenging. Napoli is a wonderful city.
I didn't participate in many of the extracurricular activities, but mostly because I had developed a pretty long list of things to do and see on my own in my free time. In retrospect, I do wish I had taken advantage of the trip to Caserta.
The only part of the experience that I couldn't recommend was the housing. Located in Chiaia, it was a 20-25 minute walk each way to the school and the apartment was generally lacking in amenities with spotty WiFi service. It was also located behind a bar, which meant it could be quite noisy at night. (Fortunately, I had earplugs.) If I were to do this again (and I very well might!), I would book my own accommodation and would recommend others to do the same.
